What is this type of healing good for?

The healing work I do is most helpful with a wide variety of issues.  It can:

  • heal trauma
  • release phobias or reduce their strength
  • reduce the power of addictions
  • heal and release familial and multi-generational patterns
  • help to change unhealthy relationships, disentangling stuck patterns of all sorts from both past and present relationships, and empowering you to create the healthy relationships you want
  • heal the feeling of a broken heart
  • cut ties to large-scale negative historical patterns which may still be influencing your emotional life, such as the subjugation of women, the holocaust, slavery, etc.
  • release a wide variety of unhelpful emotional patterns
  • improve ability to cope with challenging situations, reducing feelings of stress and overwhelm
  • give a feeling of wholeness
  • improve energy levels and general sense of well-being
  • empower you to find a sense of purpose, vision, and clarity about your life path

If you have been working on an emotional issue in therapy, and despite a genuine commitment to change, have not been able to improve, then shamanic healing may be helpful in getting you un-stuck and beginning the process of transformation.

Some people use shamanic healing to treat physical ailments.  Some physical ailments respond well to energetic and spiritual healing.  I am willing to try to treat physical ailments, but it is not my primary area of expertise.  I strongly recommend pursuing normal medical treatments for any physical problems.
